Q: What separates Ideal Incentive from the other Promotional Product Companies?
A: #1: The meaning and reality behind our Mission Statement. It is 7 powerful words that portrays who we are, our core values, and the passion that exists.

Earn Trust
Cherish Relationships
Keep Our Word
A: #2: We do not sell Products, we sell Solutions. There is a significant difference between the two.

A: #3: The level of care that we have in meeting our clients objectives is extraordinary. You will truly feel this with each encounter.
Q: Are there any other products or services your company provides that may separate you from your competitors?
A: In addition to providing promotional products that range from a $.50 magnet to a $20,000 sculpture, we are very involved in the following categories:

Tenure Programs: Watches, Bikes, Televisions, etc. We create and execute the entire program for companies that reward their employees for various years of service.

Incentive Programs: Weekend getaways, Foods of the Month, Luggage and hundreds of other high end products that can revolve around a Sales Contest, Employee Referral Program, or various other modes of motivation.

Safety Programs: Grills, Cameras, and various sports related products work well in keeping the crew safe. Whether it is an individual or group reward, the money spent on safety programs is minuscule compared to the company savings in workers comp claims and loss of productivity.

Fulfillment Programs: We are equipped to handle all logistics in our warehousing and fulfillment programs. We can develop the front end marketing campaign, provide the product itself, secure all product with a top grade commercial security system and blanketed insurance policy, execute the distribution to divisions and individuals, communicate all tracking information, and provide detailed reports in order to measure the true effectiveness of the program. Par levels are continuously evaluated so not to house more inventory dollars than our clients want to carry. We feel the back end follow through can be the difference between a lackluster program and a successful one. Although being flexible is very important, we sit down at the beginning of the program and map out a detailed plan of attack. When planned and executed properly, fulfillment programs can be a tremendous success at multiple levels.
Q: What is your opinion of image?
A: Image is crucial, but it also must accompany results. In the end, our goal is to meet the goals and objectives of our clients. Whether it is branding a product or providing a specific service, they must look good. At times, it will take more than a quality product. The presentation of that product and executing the proper channel of distribution can play an integral role in how our client’s image will be perceived. By seeing what image has done for Ideal Incentive, we understand that making our clients look good is a constant target objective.
Q: How does quality fit into the Ideal Incentive experience?
A: We do our best to politely state our opinions as often as possible. Our intentions are always to aid our client and are primarily based on experience. We feel it is our responsibility to be candid regarding some of the inferior products and services that can be prevalent in this industry. In the big picture, buying a product or investing in a service that does not meet a client’s objective is simply money that should not have been spent and a reflection on Ideal Incentive. China has quite a presence in today’s global economy and there are many extremely high quality products that come from their production. Since this is not always the case, it is up to us at Ideal Incentive to decipher between what is quality and what isn’t and candidly convey that to our clients.
Q: What is the most valuable tool that has helped you avoid disasters and develop the relationships that seem so important?
A: COMMUNICATION
Q: How can Ideal Incentive provide a standardized model and what are the advantages of taking this direction?
A: In almost every case, a standardized model is a benefit to our clients. The key factor that turns the operative word “almost” into “always” is the ability and willingness of both parties to be flexible. Tolerance to change and tolerance to diverse markets can be the difference between a company that meets its objectives on all levels and a company that is split through each region, district and division. Below are tools that our clients can use to streamline their procurement system, monitor the quality of products being distributed with their company name, and control costs.

Company Webstore: This is the most successful means to offer product, save money, promote image, measure efficacy, identify costs and communicate internal information. Providing a central location to purchase product does not have to mean limited choices and an absence of regional distinctiveness.
In addition to using the site as a means to purchase and distribute product, our webstores can be used to promote various other functions such as a companywide newsletter or a healthy and competitive setting for sales contests. Between a module that can create and monitor balance accounts and our internal calculation and reporting capabilities, our webstores can be segmented to facilitate specific company missions and support general purchases at the same time.

Our program is flexible because we control it. Truly owning a company webstore is quite unique in this industry and the benefits are numerous, including response rate and an incredible monetary savings to our clients. We welcome the review of our demo site, so please contact us at 630-551-2200 or info@idealincentiveinc.com for a link and password.

Company Order Form: A form can be created to accomplish much of what can be done in a webstore from the standpoint of ultimately ordering what a person wants and our ability to track and report the activity on an incremental basis. Not being web based, the functionality will not compare and universal updates would only be completed by sending to each potential buyer. However, pictures, descriptions and numerous details are provided that make the experience quick and simple. Orders can be emailed, faxed or phoned in (depending on the parameters set by our client).
Online shopping: We are in the process of a major renovation to our website that will allow purchasing directly on our site. Product selection can be controlled via password authentication or through our customer service department.

Without successful client programs, projects and promotions, Ideal Incentive does not exist. We have an absolute appreciation and respect for what it takes to meet the objectives of our clients and hope we can be given the opportunity to put our creative ideas into action in building many more strong relationships for many years to come
